.ERR2 Force Error during Pass 2 MASM Directive

Forces a fatal error during assembly if encountered during pass 2.

Notes: This directive could be used within conditional-assembly
blocks or macros to see what is expanded.

The error message that is generated by this directive is
'Forced error - pass2', which is error number 88.

If this directive is encountered, the object module is
deleted and the assembler exits with an exit code of 7.
